Dominique Hogan-Doran SC is a Senior Counsel entitled to practice in all Australian jurisdictions (Commonwealth, State and Territory).
She conducts a diverse, Australia-wide, legal practice, with a particular focus on corporate & commercial disputes, regulatory compliance & enforcement, & public inquiries involving governance & integrity issues. She specialises in complex, high value, & sensitive matters that are subject to media attention or parliamentary scrutiny.
Since taking silk in 2015, Dominique has been recognised by Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession as a Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Senior Counsel, and was Barrister of the Year at the 2016 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and accredited as mediator by the National Mediation Standards Board. In July 2018 Dominique was recognised by Doyle's Guide as a Leading Mediator.
Dominique is a long term advisor to the financial services sector, and was a Finalist for the 'Woman of the Year' Award at the 2013 Money Management & Super Review Women in Financial Services Awards.
