Dominique graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences), Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours and the Convocation Medal) and Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and the Bachelor of Civil Law (with First Class Honours) from the University of Oxford, where she was the 1994 Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Scholar in Law.
