Board & Public Roles

Dominique was a trustee director of licensed industry super fund Club Plus Super (since merged with AustralianSuper, Australia's largest super fund) and now serves on the boards of Australian Cricket's retirement fund and its new benevolent fund. Having been Senior Counsel Assisting the 2020 Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements following the devastating Black Summer bushfires, she also serves as a non-executive director and sometimes Acting Chair of Natural Hazards Research Australia, which supports evidence-based research on climate change and disaster risk reduction. Background

Before coming to the Bar, Dominique was Research Director to the NSW Chief Justice the Hon. Murray Gleeson AC, and attended Oxford University as the Menzies Scholar, obtaining a Bachelor of Civil Law with First Class Honours. A Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law and of the Governance Institute of Australia, she has held numerous academic appointments and regularly presents on her areas of expertise.
