Board Roles
An experienced Board Chair and Non-Executive Director, Dominique brings governance expertise spanning complex regulatory environments, strategy, risk management, audit and finance, investments, and organisational culture.
She is Chair of Natural Hazards Research Australia, the national centre for natural hazards resilience and disaster risk reduction research. She serves on the boards of Australian Cricket's retirement fund, ACRA, and its public benevolent fund, Players Cordon, where she chairs the Governance Committee. She was previously a Trustee Director of Club Plus Super (since merged with AustralianSuper) and the Menzies Foundation.

Disciplinary Panels
Dominique is the Chair of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand Appeals Council and was previously a member of the CA ANZ Disciplinary Tribunal. Dominique has also served as a Member of Australian Cricket’s Player Contract Grievance Panel.

Background
A Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law & the Governance Institute of Australia, Dominique has also held numerous academic appointments & regularly presents on her areas of expertise.
Before her call to the Bar, Dominique was the Research Director to the Chief Justice of New South Wales, the Hon. Murray Gleeson AC, and a lawyer with Mallesons Stephen Jacques.
Dominique is a graduate of the University of Sydney where she obtained a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences), Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours, and a Master of Laws, and was awarded the Convocation Medal. She pursued postgraduate studies at Oxford University as the Menzies Scholar, obtaining a Bachelor of Civil Law with First Class Honours.
