• In 2021, CPS merged successfully with AustralianSuper, Australia's largest superannuation fund. Dominique worked with King & Wood Mallesons advising CPS during the merger process.

• Dominique led the USU through the significant structural changes made by the Higher Education (Amalgamation) Act 1989 and University of Sydney Act 1989 which amalgamated the University with the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Cumberland College of Health Sciences, the Sydney Institute of Education & Institute of Nursing Studies, and Sydney College of the Arts, and expanded the student body from 12,000 to 28,000 students over 5 campuses.
