Dominique Hogan-Doran SC is a Senior Counsel of the Australian Bar, accredited Mediator & Arbitrator, and experienced trustee director.

She acts in complex, high profile, and sensitive disputes, regulatory actions, Royal Commissions and public inquiries, and major transactions. Her clients include governments, regulators, peak bodies, licensed entities, listed corporations, and leaders in business and politics. 

Dominique blends her legal expertise with practical experience in corporate governance, risk management, and investments. She is an independent director of Australian Cricket’s retirement investment fund and its new charity, Players Cordon Ltd. She is also an independent director of Natural Hazards Research Australia, the national centre for disaster risk reduction and resilience research. She is a past trustee director of industry superfund Club Plus Super and of the Menzies Foundation.

Dominique is a Fellow of the Academy of Law, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a Past President of Australian Women Lawyers and of the Women Lawyers Association of New South Wales.
