Dominique Hogan-Doran, SC is a Senior Counsel of the Australian Bar.
Ms Hogan-Doran has a diverse national practice in all kinds of complex commercial and regulatory matters. She has particular expertise in financial services and superannuation regulation, and in Royal Commissions & public inquiries involving integrity and governance issues.
She is experienced in leading large scale, high profile, and sensitive cases on behalf of government, regulator, and corporate clients.
Ms Hogan-Doran accepts briefs direct from in-house counsel, as well as appointments as a Mediator, Arbitrator, or Expert Determiner. She is also a Member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand Disciplinary Tribunal, and an experienced Non-Executive Director and Trustee.
