Corporate Counsel National Conference Panel on Governance in a Post-Hayne World
In-house lawyers constitute approximately 30% of the Australian legal profession, and increasingly, they directly brief the Bar to access highly specialist legal, governance, and strategic advice and representation.
This week brought those trends together, with the Association of Corporate Counsel's National In-House Legal Conference drawing a large crowd to Adelaide, to be rewarded with a fantastically diverse program.
Thanks to ACC President Karen Grumley, session organiser Mary Adam, and our panelists Professor Jason Harris and Trisha Mok who joined me in a timely discussion on Governance in a Post-Hayne World.
